Reserve your next room for free!

Room reservations are limited to non-profit, educational, cultural or charitable organizations who will not restrict attendance to only members of their group.
Meeting rooms cannot be used for events related to promotions, sales, partisan politics, and study rooms.
There is no fee to reserve a meeting room.
Rooms are available only during open hours.
Reservations may be made up to 2 months in advance.
Groups must return the room to the condition it was prior to the event. Damage to the room will result in cleaning/repair fees.
Food and beverages are permitted, with the exception of alcohol.
Permission of food and beverages only applies to Visalia, Dinuba, Exeter, Pixley and Three Rivers Libraries.

Tulare County Library and

San Joaquin Valley Library functions

take priority over all public reservations.

Tulare County Library reserves the right to deny any reservation.

The Library does not provide assistance with any audio/visual equipment set-up or technical support. We cannot guarantee availability of equipment. Requests for equipment must be made in advance.

Take into consideration event set up time and take down time when making a reservation.

Reservations can be made in person or over the phone.

If requesting over the phone, please sign the form in person at the time of the event at the Visalia Library Reference Desk.
