To borrow library materials you will need a Library Card.

​Acquiring a library card has no cost.

​You may obtain a card for your minor child as well.

How to Apply
Visit your local Tulare County Library branch. You will be asked to provide information by filling out a library card application. A photo ID and proof of current home address is required. If the card is for a minor (under 18 years of age), both the parent or guardian and child will need to be present.
