Library Card
To borrow library materials you will need a Library Card.
Acquiring a library card has no cost.
You may obtain a card for your minor child as well.
How to Apply
Please call your local Tulare County Library branch library. You will be asked to provide information over the phone to library staff. Once your library card account is made, a card will be mailed to the mailing address you provided.. If the card is for a minor (under 18 years of age), the parent or guardian will need to the one presenting the information.
Please note:
If you are requesting cards for a group, arrangements should be made in advance. We cannot guarantee same day card processing for groups.
Information and process that is in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the confidentiality of all library patron records.
