Tulare County Library will be celebrating the 4th annual Tulare County Library Book Festival October 22-23!

How? 

The library is proud to continue our annual tradition of growing literacy and connectivity in our community with the Tulare County Library Book Festival. A virtual event enables us to continue that tradition safely. This year’s book festival will be hosting virtual events from October 22st-23rd. This out of this world festival includes virtual author events, book clubs, panels, story telling, and much more. This FREE festival features books and out of this world fun for all ages.
