The Friends of the Tulare County Library is an association for people who love libraries, reading, books, volunteering, and raising money to enhance public library services.

Now, more than ever, your library needs your help. A well-stocked library is a basic necessity in any community. Help us grow. Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7 pm in the Employee Lounge on the second floor at the Visalia Main Branch. Everyone is welcome.
