Story Time
One of the best ways to help children enjoy reading is to take them to a free story time program at a Tulare County Library. For information beyond locations, days, and times, please call your local Tulare County Library. |
 Children between the ages of 1 and 5 years of age who are getting their first library card can have their picture taken with their newly-issued card. The picture will then be put in a “My First Library Card” keepsake folder. Please ask for more information at the Children's Reference Desk or the Circtulation Desk. |
