LOGO CONTEST FOR THE TULARE COUNTY LIBRARY

The Tulare County Library has decided to change their library LOGO. The library invites the public to submit logo designs between March 1 and April 19, 2008. The person submitting the winning entry will receive a prize of $500. Entries will be judged during the week of April 20-26. The contest is open to all Tulare County residents except the library's employees and their family members. All entries must be two-dimensional, but there is no size restriction.
